RT 3.0.1's fastcgi support was broken due to a tainting bug.
RT 3.0.2pre5 is the current pre-release of rt 3.0.2 and is strongly
recommended instead of 3.0.1.  You can pick it up from
fsck.com/pub/rt/devel/
