[rt-users] upgrading from rt 1 to 3

How much of the RT2 install (if any) must be performed to go from RT1 to
RT3? At first glance, it looks like I can just use the 1->2 db converter,
then the 2->3 converter, but I wanted to make sure. Has anyone
successfully done this and can allay my fears?
