Hi,

Before I start working on one, is there already a SOAP/XML-RPC interface for
RT3? Even better, is there one with *documentation*? :)

We'd like our accounting system to create tickets for orders in progress,
and to have a couple of external interfaces for our supplier's trouble
ticketing systems.
