[rt-users] Upgrading from 3-0-0 to 3-0-2 (Ian Grant)

When I was running 3.0Beta I did upgrades all the time, and I found it works
just fine to 

make upgrade
service httpd restart

since mod_perl apparently runs RT's code out of memory.

I did the 3.0.0. to 3.0.2 upgrade yesterday using the README's steps
1,2,3,5b & 8.
