[rt-users] Attachment timeouts

Hi,

Does anyone have a fix for opening large attachments within tickets?. For example, I have a 250K Visio diagram in a ticket, when I click on download and then Open, the web browser times out before the diagram is displayed.

Is there something I can tweak to adjust a timeout, any other suggestions?.

RT=3.0.5 on RedHat 9
