[rt-users] rt3 3.0.4-search tichet bug?

I use rt 3.0.4 and mysql.
Sometimes, when I try to search tichets by requestor address, rt hangs.
In top proceses mysql will ocupy more than 90% of the processor.
The results will not appear.
How can I make this work?
