[rt-users] [RT2] Sendmail

Hi there!

I have a "little" big problem here. We implemented RT 2 some months ago,
and everything just worked.
However: my clients don't receive email anymore from the RT system.
Sending mail TO RT works, eg: the ticket is created, but replying to the
ticket doesn't work.

Since the RT system is quite big, where do I start?
