[rt-users] Postgres, Perl 5.8.1, RT 3.0.6 install woes

The myriad requisite modules are still required. And we've caught a
couple of issues with fixes in 5.8.1 that don't yet play well with RT.
We expect to release an updated version of RT within the next several weeks.
