[rt-users] Solaris 8 new install.

I made this change. It still gets the same error. I also notice when I start the web server I get this error as well. 

Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/local/rt/lib/RT/Handle.pm line 49.

Try to add
use RT::Handle;
at start of RT.pm near other 'use ...' strings.
This error could be occure through perl(may be mod_perl) implementation 
on different platforms.
