[rt-users] Can't locate object method "new"

Since there was no response to my mail I went thru alot of different
stuff to try to resolve the problem, and infact the error disappeared,
just to be replaced by another:

And this error leaves even less hits when googling around for an answer.

Anyone got anything? I'm getting pretty desperate here.
