[rt-users] Priority settings - labels?

One of the projects here using RT is a development project, and the 
head would like to see the industry-standard labels (Sev. 1, Sev. 2, 
&c.). I like the rough ranges described in the manual, but is there any 
way to make those ranges visible? Telling people to map (in their head) 
one range to another isn't really helpful.
