[rt-users] AdminCC not working for reply

RT 3.0.6

Preliminary
===========

     RT_SiteConfig.pm has:  Set($NotifyActor, 1);

     'jblaine' is an AdminCC for the entire queue 'RCF'

Problem
=======

     I create a ticket via email from my personal email address
     (jblaine at kickflop.net).

     As 'jblaine', I reply to the ticket via the Web UI, at work.

     Back at my personal email account, I see the reply.

     At my work account, where I am an AdminCC Watcher of the
     entire queue, I never see email generated from my reply.

Any ideas anyone?
