[rt-users] Sending email for newly created ticket

Hi list,
We're using RT 3.0.6, and we ran into a little problem.
Here's what we'd like to do: When someone creates a ticket, he/she
assigns an owner for it, and after submitting the ticket, RT would then
send an email notifying the owner of the ticket that he has a ticket
assigned to him.
We've set up a scrip that goes like this: On Create Notify Owner with
template New ticket. Unfortunately, it doesn't work.
Another global scrip I created was this: On Create Notify Requestors,
Ccs and AdminCcs with template Blank. Just like the above, RT still
doesn't send the mails out.
Maybe I'm missing something, as this could be an incredibly easy fix.
Any help is appreciated; working scrips, configs, or even a pointer to
the right FM to R :)
Thanks in advance,
