[rt-users] problems with autoreply and ticket creation

Dear All,
  I am using RT 2.0 on SunOS. We use microsoft
exchange server for our mail server. The mails are
forwarded to the exchange server from sendmail.
  I am unable to create a ticket by sending an email
to  to the address support at domain.com(domain= our
comapny name). How ever when i am able to  create a
ticket and get an autoreply when i use the Web
interface. It would be great if some one could thorw
some light on it.
