[rt-users] problem of accents

Hi,

Using the latest RT version, when I send an email with some accentuated characters in the body, everything is ok in the RT web interface :

Thu Sep 04 22:40:33 2003  cyrille - Ticket created 
      Subject: test accents
From: Cyrille Mertes <xxx>
Date: Thu, 04 Sep 2003 22:40:32 -0400
To: xxx

é è ê ô à

but when I replied to this email, the result was :

How to solve this problem ?
