[rt-users] EX_TEMPFAIL

My RT installation is up and running *Except* the mail gateway

I get in my mail.log:

come to think of it... I get it... I know the problem but not the 
solution.

I use LDAP/ExternalAuth for login... how do I configure RT to do that 
in its URL? Right now, it's probably getting 403/forbiddens...
