[rt-users] FastCGI: can't create server error

thanks. that did not work however.  the user and group
apache is running as now have rwx (777) access and
ownership to the /etc/httpd/log/fastcgi directory. I
restarted apache, of course. 

It looks like apache is trying to create a new
subdirectory or a file within that directory, but
isn't able to - however, that can't be it if the
permissions are set correctly. I made sure to
./configure rt with the correct --with-web-user &
--with-web-group.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
