[rt-users] RT-3-0-5 web performace

We are doing the same thing but we are running 3.0.4.

One of our administrators noticed that an Apache process was hogging
virtually all of the processor but a truss on the process didn't show
anything, suggesting that the process was stuck in a very tight loop.

A suspected culprit was mod_perl, but we don't have any proof.
