What I did was as follows....
1) Installed RH 9.0
2) Upgraded the installation with all the latest updates
3) followed README in the RT root directory
The real issues that we have now:
1) index.html is not appending
2) clicking on the queues on the main screen after logging in brings the
following error:

This error, and the index.html error are the only two that we have seen.
