[rt-users] Modification to OnOwnerChange ?

I've looked at
http://www.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib/2.0/OwnerChange/OwnerChange.pm

How would I modify that to only return true when the owner changed from
'Nobody'.

i.e. to setup a condition that gets executed when a ticket is initially
picked up ?
