Hi,
we are using rt 2.0.15 and in the process of getting rt 3.0.x and I
noticed that in rt 3.0.4 you can tell it to send emails to the sender. Can
this be set up on a per queue basis? we have some groups that want it and
some that dont. and is there an easy way to add this to rt 2.0.15 for the
time being?
