[rt-users] unprivileged access to RTFM?

Hello,

I'm working on a project to implement RT3 & RTFM, and one of the 
requirements is to allow unpriviledged users access to RTFM. I checked the 
list archives and found this posting from last September:

I would like to check if this description of the situation is accurate and 
if anyone has any workarounds for the situation. Please feel free to reply 
off-list if this posting is in error...
