I have already solved that problem but there is another one.

Here are my enteries for fastcgi module for apache & error log from apache

DocumentRoot "/opt/rt3/share/html"
LoadModule fastcgi_module modules/mod_fastcgi.so
FastCgiServer /opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi
AddHandler fastcgi-script fcgi
ScriptAlias / /opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi

<VirtualHost tracker.tracker.com:80>
        DocumentRoot "/opt/rt3/share/html"
        ServerName tracker.ftghome.com
        ServerAdmin root at tracker.ftghome.com

OUTPUT From error_log
[Thu Apr 22 18:59:51 2004] [notice] FastCGI: process manager initialized
(pid 12491)
[Thu Apr 22 18:59:51 2004] [notice] Apache/2.0.49 (Unix) mod_fastcgi/2.4.2

When i try to run my Apache server in a stand alone mode without RT it works
On changing the httpd.conf to load fastcgi module i encounter all these

I was wondering do i have to setup some differnet enteries in RT config file
also to use fastcgi.

Would it be possible for someone who is using fastcgi for apache 2 to send
me the exact enteries of httpd.conf & RTSiteConfig file.

You haven't configured apache correctly.

That is going to cause you pain down the track, too.

RT Developer and Administrator training is coming to LA, DC and Frankfurt
this spring and summer.

Sign up early, as class space is limited.
