[rt-users] Upgrade to RT3.0.10 Issues

I upgraded from RT3.0.8 to 3.0.10 last night and seem to be having some mod_perl issues (I'm running Apache 1.3.29 and Mod_Perl 1.29).  I get this error when I click on certain pages...

What does it all mean Basil?
