[rt-users] LDAP email user auto creation missing bit

Afternoon All,

In my previous post about using LDAP to auto create users, I missed the 
file that implements the "LookupExternalUserInfo" method.  It should be 
attached.  It goes into "<rt>/local/lib/RT".
