[rt-users] Forwarded HTML emails broken

Hello,

just a short question (several days of internet research in the mail
archives successless...):

Sending HTML emails to the RT address does not work correctly in RT
3.0.10, any CC or other recipient get the email forwarded as plain-text
with the complete MIME header and body, what is not readable and useable
for customers:
