[rt-users] When sending E-mails from a php webform

In my understanding, you have to use custom fields with the names like 
CustomField-ddddttttttttt
where dddd - a number, and ttttttttt - whatever you want

I have a simple PHP webform where I enter information witch i then e-mail
into RT.

Is there anyway to get RT to recoginize the custom fields?? All thoose
e-mails look exactly the same.
