[rt-users] RT logs

Hi,

I just installed a fresh RT 3.2.1
I created several tickets thru both email and web interface. 
I have this in my config file:

Set($LogToSyslog    , 'debug');
Set($LogToScreen    , 'error');
Set($LogToFile      , undef);
Set($LogDir, '/usr/local/rt1/var/log');
Set($LogToFileNamed , "rt.log");    #log to rt.log

However the /usr/local/rt1/var/log/rt.log file doesn't exist.
My question is - is there anything wrong with the config?
