[rt-users] RTFM Text Wrapping

In my RT_SiteConfig.pm I have the following lines for text wrapping tickets that come into my RT:

 

Set($MessageBoxWidth , 72);
Set($MessageBoxWrap, "HARD");

What I am wondering is if there is an documentation or if anyone knows how to get RTFM to also text wrap? I've searched through the mailing list archives and can't seem to find anything related to RTFM text wrapping. Any help would be much appreciated.
