That's quite strange. Thanks very much for bringing it to our attention,
but I'm not actually able to duplicate the issue.  If you send mail
directly to sales at bestpractical.com do you see the same issue?  In any
event, feel free to contact me personally off list and I'll make sure
that your message gets to the right place.
