1) LWP timeout, by default 180sec. you can set it with option 'timeout'
of the rt-mailgate command line script.
2) Because rt-mailgate script connect to HTTP server then if you server
has timeout and RT doesn't create ticket in time then Apache would throw
500(SERVER_ERROR) to client(rt-mailgate script).
