Don'tcha just love the wiki spammers? In this case, they pasted in
enough utf8 text to cause kwiki to choke when displaying the page. I
manually corrected this one. Often starting at

http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?action=revisions&page_id=WriteCustomAction&revision_id=-1

(for whatever page has been abused)

will get you the last good edit, which you can then restore.
