[rt-users] Notifying Ccs when ticket is moved to their queue

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a new scrip that will email all Ccs in a particular
queue when a ticket is moved into their queue. I tried using "On Queue
Change" and "Notify Ccs," but that notified the Ccs in the queue *from*
which the ticket was moved. Almost, but not quite what I wanted. Does this
require custom code beyond what the default scrip conditions and actions
will do?
