[rt-users] RTFM Tab in RT3

I have not received any response to my previous post. In our environment
we have a group
of "privileged" customers (have access to their own queues only). We
would like to add RTFM
as an internal resource for our technical staff, making RTFM tab
available based on users rights, group membership etc,
Any information you could provide will be appreciated.
