[rt-users] email replies

I've installed RT following the instructions. I receive emails
just fine. They go into the correct queue. But I'm unable to reply
to one. I don't want anything fancy here, just recieve emails and
reply to them.
I get the following error everytime:

Any advice would be much appreciated.
Otherwise, does anyone know of another good software package out
there? My company needs a way to manage their support emails. I'm
just about done trying to figure this one out.
