[rt-users] Queue escalation chaos

I'm in the process of setting up Queue escalation on my RT system using the 
rt-crontool script.  Right now I am running it on one queue.  Eventually, I 
will be applying it to all queues though.

My question is can multiple queues be escalated at the same time?  I will 
be doing this with a cron job.  I am concerned that the MYSQL backend (and 
therefore RT) will get confused.


Most anything is easy after you've done it successfully a few times
