[rt-users] exporting existing ticket to 'New'

Hello folks,

	I'm looking for a way to export all data in an existing ticket to a
new open ticket.  I've seen some discussion in the archives in relation to
this but haven't been able to locate a solution.

Essentially I have a client who is opening new tickets in one queue and
populating each with customer data.  They would like to be able to open new
tickets that already contain the customer data without having to re-enter it
all.

Is there anything like this?  My perl skills are non-existent, so keep it
simple for stupid ;)
