[rt-users] RT3.0.8 on RHFC1 "Couldn't prepare Open Tickets"

hi everyone !


I am running into a problem on a fresh install of RT 3.0.8 on RedHat Fedora 
Core 1
( httpd-2.0.47-10 /  mysql-3.23.58-4 / mod_perl-1.99_09-10 / 
DBIx::SearchBuilder 0.96  )


the Owner is not getting notified of events:

I do see that the default scrips are supposed to be run:

On Correspond Open Tickets with template Blank
On Create Autoreply To Requestors with template Autoreply
On Create Notify AdminCcs with template Transaction
On Correspond Notify AdminCcs with template Admin Correspondence
On Correspond Notify Requestors and Ccs with template Correspondence
On Correspond Notify Other Recipients with template Correspondence
On Comment Notify AdminCcs as Comment with template Admin Comment
On Comment Notify Other Recipients as Comment with template Correspondence

but it seems that rt is choking on something "Couldn't prepare Open Tickets 
(/opt/rt3/lib/RT/Scrip_Overlay.pm:346)"
so the recipient is not set for the scrips.

in the archive I saw a few "Couldn't prepare Open Tickets" posts, but 
nothing really helpful.
