Hi!
I still can't create tickets using the command line, unless I use
Linux's user root.
Can you please tell me where the function LoadByCol is defined? Because
I can't find it and I think that's where my problem is:-(
Thanks in advance,
Mariana
Hello!
I'm using RT2, and when I try to use de CLI to create a ticket, I get
the following message:
"No RT user found. Please consult your RT administrator."
If I try to create the ticket with the user root, I can do it, without
any problems.
One other thing is that using the RT Web interface, I defined that the
Unix login of an user (able to create tickets) is the one with which I'm
trying to create the ticket.
Have you got any suggestions, of what may be happening?
Thanks!
Mariana
