[rt-users] RT 3.0.6 -> 3.0.8 upgrade; schema question

After upgrading I noted some changes in etc/schema.mysql.  I'm applying the changes but there's one question I have.  In changing Groups.Instance from varchar(64) to integer, I have several rows which have an empty value.  When converting to integer, they'll need to be something.  0?  What value should they be?
