Hello Jesse, Good news: the problem is only noticed when using the pine email client. In the RT WebUI and other email clients like Netscape 7.1 and Outlook Express the messages are displayed correctly. I'm glad to say that it seems a terminal/pine issue, not a RT one. Thank you very much, Alex
