[rt-users] Encoding problems

Hello,

I installed RT to manage tickets in french language, but i have serious 
encoding problems with special caracters, here is a mail that doesn't 
work, has someone had this sort of problems?
is it a solution?
i run under GNU/Linux Debian 3.0 in testing with good locales.
