[rt-users] lost root password

Thanks. I tried that. mysql responds as:
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.02) sec
Rows matched: 1 Changed: 1 Warnings:0
However, logging into the 'rt' as 'root' still gives 'your username or
password is incorrect'. Logging as non-root is working. I tried both
blank and non-blank password. Rebooted.
