[rt-users] new feature request: see all requests a client has made before

Hello,
it would be great if one could see all requests a client has made before (how 
many ,the Ticket numbers and references of the last 10 ), when you are 
working with a new request of a client. 
Of course it's possible to search for the tickets, but it would simplify work.
