[rt-users] No Receipients found

Hi,

I am trying to get emails sent to requestors on RT 3.0.10, apache 1.3.29,
perl 5.8.3
I reply to a ticketek and add my email to the CC field ( just to make sure
there is a receipient )
This is the warnings I get in the rt.log file.  ( for the 1 attempt to
correspond )
I get the correspondence in the history for the ticket, but no emails.

I also see lots of the"uninitailized value in length" warnings throughout
the log.

What is the best way to fix this in this version.?
