Hi,
I have changed the setting in the $RT/etc/RT_SITEConfig.pm
restarted apache.
added a different user to the CC line
still no emails, not error message in rt.log
same sequence of warnings though...
including the No receipients..
It was working last week
changed apache to run RT on a different IP address.
access via http://rt rather than http://machinename
rt resolves to the correct address.
also emails via the mail-gateway no longer work either
mail logs show mail received ok
I have run out of ideas..
Any more suggestions?
Thanks
Peter
