To quote Jesse,
"Just as a public notice, we're in the process of porting RTIR to the RT
3.2 API, but it's not there yet. we don't support or recommend running
RTIR 1.0.x against RT 3.2 at this time. We're working on getting it
stabilized as quickly as possible so you all can take advantage of the
cool new features in RT 3.2"
