[rt-users] Two emails to CC on Comment

Hi All

I added an email to the CC field while sending a comment. I noticed the
person on the CC received two emails.

How do I make sure CC gets only one email instead.

I am using RT 3.2.0 on Solaris 8 with Apache 1.x + mod_perl1
