[rt-users] Searching for tickets with no value for a custom field

Sorry, I'm full of questions today!

I can't figure out how to search for all tickets where a given
SelectSingle or SelectMultple custom field has no value.  Can it be
done?

I can do it in RT 2 by choosing "is" and "(empty)" next to the custom
field on the search form.

Under RT 3, if I choose "is" and "(no value)", I get no results, even
though I have tickets that don't have any value for that field.
