[rt-users] RT 3.2.9 : Correspondent recipients

When responding to a ticket in 3.2.0, I seem to be only capable of 
disabling the requestor from being sent a responce. AdminCC and 
OtherRecipients, when marked in the checkbox, then save the changes, 
still show up in the 'This message will be sent to...' as well as 
Messages about this ticket will not be sent to...'. Curious if anyone 
else is having this problem, possibly could just be myself and there is 
a permission that I do not have active.
